Reservation Policies

All room rates are U.S. Dollars per room, per night, and are based on single or double occupancy. Add $10.00 per each additional adult in same room. Children 17 and under stay free in the same room with parents. Rollaway beds may be available on a first come basis for an extra charge of $15.00 per night, which includes the extra person charge. Cribs are complimentary. Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is prepaid or guaranteed by credit card. Tax is an additional 10% plus a $1.00 per room, per night resort fee. All discounts are 10%, and only one discount of any type may be used per stay.

Deposit and Guarantee Nothing is charged to your card at the time of reservation. However, all credit cards are authorized 48 hours prior to the date of arrival in order to ensure the validity of the card. Any card that is declared declined or invalid will result in a non-guaranteed reservation. Any reservation that is not guaranteed with a valid credit card will be automatically canceled at 6:00pm on the date of arrival. Please keep this information in mind when reserving your reservation using a debit card.

Cancellation If you find you must cancel these reservations for any reason, please do so by 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. If you cancel after that date or fail to arrive at the hotel, you will be charged for one full night plus tax for each room.

Pets Pets are allowed in designated rooms only. Please inform us that you are traveling with a pet at the time of reservation so we may block your room accordingly. Having a pet in a non-designated pet room will result in a $200 non-refundable fee. Pets are to be crated at all times when you are not in the room. Pets are not permitted on bedding or upholstered furniture.

Non-Smoking Yellowstone Lodge is a non-smoking property. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $200 non-refundable fee. If you are a smoker, let us know at the time of reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate you in a room closest to an exit.
